Pursuant to Article 80, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 120/16, 144/22), Tehnološki park Vinkovci d.o.o. may not enter into public procurement contracts with the following economic operators (as bidders, members of a bidding consortium, or subcontractors to the selected bidder):
