  • Second year of operation: rental price is EUR 2.50/m² + VAT
  • Third year of operation: rental price is EUR 4.00/m² + VAT
  • Fourth year of operation: rental price is EUR 5.50/m² + VAT
  • Fifth year of operation: rental price is EUR 7.00/m² + VAT

Utility Costs:

  • For all five years of rental, the utility cost is EUR 2.50/m² + VAT
  • Utility costs include gas, electricity, water, waste disposal, cleaning costs (excluding desk cleaning), and office Internet usage.
