PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEDURE FOR TESTING STANDARDIZED SERVICES FOR ENTREPRENEURS AND CERTIFICATION OF THE STANDARDIZED SERVICE PROVISION PROCEDURE

Tehnološki park Vinkovci d.o.o. submitted its application to the Public Call for Submission of Applications for Participation in the Procedure for Testing Standardized Services for Entrepreneurs and Certification of the Standardized Service Provision Procedure within the project “Development of the Network of Entrepreneurial Support Institutions (ESI) through the Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovations and Investments (HAMAG-BICRO) – Phase 2”.

One of the criteria that must be met for application to the Call is the participation of ESI in workshops organized within the BOND 2 project, specifically in:

• at least four modules within the Workshop on Implementation of the Standardized Service COUNSELING FOR NOVICE ENTREPRENEURS (8 modules in total)
• seven modules within the Workshop on Implementation of the Standardized Service COUNSELING FOR ENTREPRENEURS IN GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT (14 modules in total)
• one workshop within the Business Transfer Workshop – for ESIs (5 workshops for ESIs in total – 1 online and 4 in-person)
• one module within the Workshop on Development of a Digital Tool for Financial Analysis of Companies (2 modules in total).

Tehnološki park Vinkovci d.o.o. has qualified to apply for the testing procedure for the aforementioned standardized services.

The service testing procedure consists of:

• conducting workshops for entrepreneurs/potential entrepreneurs in a standardized manner (minimum 5 participants, potential entrepreneurs, business owners, employees in companies)
• conducting individual counseling for entrepreneurs/potential entrepreneurs in a standardized manner.

The procedure for testing standardized services for entrepreneurs is conducted in the period from February 1, 2023 to July 31, 2023. After the service testing is completed, HAMAG-BICRO conducts certification of the standardized service provision procedure.

The certification procedure for the standardized service provision procedure enables BOND Network members to obtain one of five certificate levels.

The certificate level is determined based on the number of total workshops held conducted in a standardized manner and individual counseling sessions completed with entrepreneurs/potential entrepreneurs in a standardized manner.

The certification procedure for the standardized service provision procedure is conducted based on the analysis of documentation generated during the testing of standardized services.
